PMS includes features such as: client portal, billing, real-time notifications, quality control, task management, project management, warehouse inventory, and user management. This PMS allows a Project Manager to create a work order for a technician. Once a work order has been placed, the assigned technicians will be notified of the work order. Concurrently, warehouse personnel will be notified of any materials being used. Once a technician has completed a work order, he/she must submit a report, in which the Project Manager and Operations Staff are able to review.
